Gotta go with Blake, he's obviously going to get insane minutes, and will make an instant impact.

Al though Evans will be doing pretty much whatever he wants on the Kings too. That team is so awful.

Still slight edge for Blake at this point.

What are your thoughts on it?

Hmmm, I think it will be Blake also, I see Flynn having a good argument though. If you go to Nba.com they have the summer league rankings and both are doing very well. I bet T-Wolves wish they never traded Ty Lawson now that Rubio is gone.

Re: NBA 2009/2010 Season Discussion

Flynn gives me vibes of TJ Ford, but with a better leadership and no spinal problems. I'm a avid Big East basketball watcher as well. Watching the kid go 6 OTs with UConn and still look fresh was amazing, I'm a fan of his forever at this point. Even if he busts hard, hes got all the respect in the world from me.

Curry, I don't think highly of at all as a player in the NBA. I hope he can prove me other wise, I loved his father. But with his frame and his lack of handles I cant see him getting his shot off against NBA shooting guards, or even bigger point gaurds.

Just throwing this out there, Brandon Jennings for ROY.

Jennings should be good but he won't put up the pretty stats that everyone loves to see.

Yeah I don't see him having much of a chance to win ROY. Al though a year of pro ball overseas will obviously give him an advantage. He got some nice coin to play 17 minute a game, and average under 6 points a game in Italy though. Wouldn't mind that 1.65 million dollar contract.

Re: NBA 2009/2010 Season Discussion

Gotta go with either the Lakers or Cavs. At first I hated the Shaq trade, but I think they are going to have an insane record this year.

Lakers in general will dominate, and have a very solid record.

Who are you thinking?

I'm feeling the Magic, Lakers will have best record in West though.

Re: NBA 2009/2010 Season Discussion

I really can't Orlando being more then a two or three seed in the East.

As for the best record, I really don't know. Way to early to tell if you ask me, but if I had to pick, I'll say either the Lakers or Spurs.

Rookie of the Year - Gotta give it too Curry, if he starts for the majority of the year.

Spurs!? I can't see that at all, Timmy is starting to show age, Ginobili can't stay healthy, that leaves Parker & Jefferson.
