Celtics will win 60+. Garnett will be back to top form. Already saw him in preseason and he's looking pretty solid off the bat. Sheed looked a little sloppy out there the other night, but his defense was still there. Players who have improved. Big Baby Davis lost 30 pounds, and gained a lot of muscle he's looking real good. Perkins also lost about 20 pounds, but still can bang down low. They were also putting Marquis Daniels at point a little testing him out possible to back up Rondo with some minutes at point. Rondo though gets about 37-39 minutes a game so it shouldn't be for that long every game.
There second unit is looking pretty crazy right now with Daniels, House, Big Baby, Sheed coming off the bench. Really looking forward to this year.
Going to be it for this squad though. Don't see Ray coming back next year, al though is in top physical form so it's possible. They were showing him in practice, and he's shredded as hell.
Age is definitely becoming a concern though with With Ray Allen, Pierce, Garnett, And Sheed the chances of a serious injury is a distinct possibility. With the addition of Daniels, and Sheed though it puts me a little bit at as ease.
The point guard situation is a bit scary too. Going into the season with one real Point is a major issue. They got the rookie Lester Hudson, but besides that they only have Daniels trying out Point.
So with all that said as Celtics fans we are looking at pretty much 2 more years with this current squad. It wouldn't shock me though if Garnett, and Pierce stay at least another year after that.

Pierce is def the leader of the Celtics and I think he will be the last of the three to leave. I don't see the Celtics getting to the Finals because Sheed is so iffy night in and night out. Rondo is having problems with the organization or vice versa, I see Celtics winning 50+. Marquis Daniels is a bum imo.

I think Daniels playing limited minutes in the Celtics line up will be the best possible situation for him. As far as the playoffs I'm not even going there yet. In the NBA it seems like there are at least 8-10 teams that could easily win the championship. So it's really hard to predict, but I do stick by my 60+ wins. Even if it's 61-62.
I'm really interested to see the Lakers now. That is a major improvement with Artest. Going to be crazy if he keeps his cool.

I haven't seen any of the Celtics preseason games, and I doubt I ever will considering I only get the scrub games with shit teams on RapsTV. But That footage is about a week old, I wouldn't exactly call that top form >.>

Well I did say will be in top form. Not currently in top form. It's going to be a long process, but for the limited minutes I saw him play he was looking good on D, and took some nice shots. With his leg they were talking about having to play him about 15-20 minutes in preseason to build it back up, and get him going. The limp in the game last night was much less than that video.

Both have upside though obviously. Curry shoots lights out, and growing up around the NBA should be a plus as well. Dell Curry was the man. His defense is a bit questionable, and with the lack of playing against top talent it might be a larger learning curve for him. I remember him playing a few top teams, and he had a ton of turnovers.
Flynn though I am interested to see how he does, Lebron really likes him from what I hear, so I won't count him out based on that alone. Not to mention he played insane minutes, and really has played some top talent. Curry on the other hand was in a pretty shit conference. Flynn's height is a bit of a concern, but we've seen small guys make it in the NBA. I love Flynn driving too, guy gets in there. Curry seems to just post a lot of jumpshots. Flynn will also have a pretty decent learning curve.
In the end I see Curry having a solid career, and being a solid scorer.
Flynn I'm predicting has a big career.

You took every word out my mouth. I just see Curry struggling to get off the easy shots he did in college but we have seen people do well in the NBA coming from shit conferences hell a good example was a rookie last year, Courtney Lee.

True if you are good you are good. The whole playing against top teams/talent in college argument is pretty hit or miss sometimes.
