No one should be surprised by the Texans putting up points... At the beginning of the season they were a very trendy "sleeper" pick based on the number of playmakers at Schaub's disposal -- Slaton, Johnson, Walter, Daniels, even Jacoby Jones.
I'd actually be surprised if the Indy-Tennessee game was a blowout. The Titans have a lot going for them in that matchup -- it's a home game, their offense matches up well with Indy's poor run D, they always seem to play hard against the Colts. I'm looking forward to it (and not just because I have Chris Johnson on my fantasy team).
I'm hoping that I can catch the Colts/Titans game this Sunday night. I'll be in Toronto visiting the in-laws for Canadian Thanksgiving. So, hopefully they won't mind a little football on Sunday To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
And, I too, have to say I've quite surprised by what the Texans have been able to do this year. They may just find themselves getting a wildcard spot in the playoffs.

The season won't get any easier for the Titans, even if they're at their home turf at LP Field. Their next game after this is the Patriots at Gilette Stadium, following by Jaguars at home, and the 49ers at San Francisco.

I'm getting sick of seeing the same teams in MNF or SNF I've been the Colts what 4 times now? and the dolphins twice and Tennessee had the opener.
The Colts are a watchable team, therefore, they're getting as much exposure. If you don't want the Colts on SNF or MNF, then don't watch them.

If the Vikings don't beat the Rams, it will really be a downer, since we just came off 2 huge wins.
I'm sure the Vikings will beat the Rams. They gave up 898 passing yards and 540 rushing yards, which their defense suck. You shouldn't worry Deuce.

I realize that the road's not getting any easier for the Titans, and that's the scary thing. I would've surely thought the San Francisco game was a gimme at the start the season. But, after seeing what they've been able to accomplish (and just signing Crabtree yesterday) it's definitely not that way anymore. But, I think if they can show up and play like the did against Indy last year (on their way to being 10-0), I think winning Sunday night would be the turning point in Tennessee's season.

It's usally all about match-ups: Division games, rivalries. I agree, though. I'd like to see other teams play on SNF/MNF, but for the time being I'm enjoying them. The last few SNF games I've seen this year all have been close or come down to the 4th quarter. I don't see how anyone could complain about that. I'll watch Indianapolis any chance I can get, but I do wish they'd stop this trend of putting a team that played on Monday night in the SNF game a week later.
Watchable for you Doom not for me. I hate Peyton at the line of scrimmage I hate overrated defenses (like the ones on the colts)
I like run it down their throat offense, check down pass and stellar defense.
Watchable differs from person to person.
Do you think I watch the Colts each time they play on Sunday night or Monday? I don't want to watch the Colts play all the time, because I'm not a Colts fan. Speaking of the Colts/Titans game, I'm calling it now: Titans winning their first game in an upset, over the Colts.

I wouldn't call that an upset, based on the storylines and situationals that Freak previously explained.
Upset alert would be KC beating Dallas(which is an easy call based on Roy Williams being replaced by Miles Austin, and Felix Jones being banged up[don't think Jones made the flight anyway])
