Cursing and Unsportsmanlike Conduct in Refined Sports: A New Fad?
I was just watching something about Roger Federer cursing up a storm during a break interview of his match up that he lost, 3 sets to 2 sets. He dropped all sorts of curse words.
Also this weekend, Serena Williams lashed out at a ref for a line fault she commited and officially got the game suspended for it.
We ususally see this anger in sports like the NBA, the MLB, the NHL or the NFL. Not in soprts like Tennis or golf. Are we seeing a change or is this just athletes being athletes?
