Heat forward Michael Beasley checked into rehab this weekend, according to Yahoo! Sports.
Beasley was busted for a weed-related incident as a rookie and recently posted bleak comments on Twitter ("Feel like it's not worth livin!!!!!! I'm done"), and he may be treated for both substance and psychological issues. We'll post updates once more is known -- hopefully he'll be healthy and happy before too long.

I don't know how well he did last year but honestly how much will Miami miss him, although he will be ready for the season D-Wade carried there asses and he needs true help. IMO D-Wade was MVP last year

You know, I really don't follow basketball, but it always breaks my heart to see that someone has to get checked into rehab. I watched this thing about Steve-O the other night and his drug issues. I hope nothing happens to Beasely or anything.

wow this is pretty sad. Hope nothing to bad happens to him and yes i gotta agree with "Poop" ( ROFL) that Miami really does need someonelse to help out their team because D-Wade can't do it himself.

I saw that Steve-O special a couple months ago and damn I can never allow myself to be near drugs. That was truly depressing and it's good that he had people to help him

I dunno what's going on with Beasly man. Dude is depressed....really? I don't know how many of you, like me, live in Miami. But if you're a single male and are DEPRESSED living in Miami, you do have something wrong with you!
Beside that point. When I've met him, each time it seems like something is not quite right with him. I hope everything is alright, and nothing happens. Who knows, the his is first offseason and out of school, maybe he had a troubled past, and all that time off got him thinking about it or something?
