Yea...it seems they have no chemistry at all and are just lifeless on the field. You would think that with all that power on that team, they would be winning a lot of games off of home runs. They need to pick things up or they won't have a chance at the wild card. Toronto and Boston are going to run away with that division.
Staying in the AL, I'm looking forward to what Detroit is going to do with WIllis coming back today. They're in first already and unless Cleveland or Minnesota makes a nice run, no one else can compete for that division.
Hopefully after a sweep of the Padres and some good offense the Cubs can turn the team around in the right direction. The offense is coming around and now they need to get the bullpen in order. I hope they put Wells in the 'pen when Zambrano comes back and they send Cotts down or release Heilman.

I agree entirely here. Cotts is a must release, he's terrible.

He's struggling, but he is the only lefty and you can't give that up. Just give him some time to get his stuff together and he'll be pitching well again. As for Heilman, that was a bad move from the get go. Any team looking for an upgrade in the bullpen should not have turned to one of the pitchers from that horrendous Mets bullpen from last year, especially when they'd have to give up players like Cedeno and Olson to get him. Heilman should be the one optioned with Wells moving to the pen.
