You know what, I want to change my AL Central pick. No I didn't overlook the White Sox. It's just last season they produced more than what they were expected last season. They didn't make any great improvements over the offseason and I don't see them coming up with the division.
I did, however, overlook the Twins. Out of that division, it's either them or Cleveland winning that division. With Crede there to stabilize the 3B position and Liriano playing the whole year in the majors, The Twins are going to do a lot better this year.
My Mets aren't doing that good right now, their down 8-6. The Yankees aren't doing good either. All the money on CC was a waste, although me may do better as the season goes by, he only had a bad game, not as bad as Wang did yesterday. Burnett is doing good right now. Only held the O's to just 1 run in 2 innings.
Don't overlook the Redbirds...Colby Rasmus and David Frees are going to come out of nothing and help the team out dramatically. Pitching has been strong except for Jason Mott (new closer), so if he can get in shape they have a legit chance to go far.
Evan Longoria is on a roll this season. He has 5 HR's already at only 6 games. Also, the Pirates turned a triple play today aganist the Reds, the Pirates didn't turn a triple play since 1993.
Its going to be a tough battle in the East. Im surpised the Blue Jays are doing so well. But I think Sox are gonna continue their hot streak and work their way to the top of the division soon enough
