I'd say Bucs are looking for a big strong guy for defense but got a slight speed too. Most likely OLB/LB area. Some reason, they seem content with Griese/McCown

The Bears GM is very warry of taking receivers, he likes to play it safe and they need some pass rush or coverage on defense, more pass rush the only way they got it last year was by blitzing and then they got burnt on the one on ones all too often.

They can draft a possession receiver like Hicks second round to compliment Hester.

I've heard some sources say the guy was impressive in his position drills and dropped to 325lbs. I doubt scouts will care too much about the poor 40 and bench press when you are an OT who played amazing in college.

And Raiders are picking an OL imo.

Smith isn't a tackle though he is much better suited for guard, from what I've seen and read most scouts agree against a speed rusher (for argument sake say Dwight Freeney) Smith will struggle, maybe he doesn't really have super potential where he is at right now (at the tackle position) is his plateau. I think he'd be a better guard he's strong enough and big enough and his speed isn't as needed there.
