Alright, I think something similar to this has been done before at WC (Dizzya) but it was very quickly forgotten even though it got a good initial response.

My aim is to get around 10 (I’m expecting less though!) members to fill this in, and then I’ll create the players in FM 2012. I’ll set up a game where I subscribe to these players, holiday through it and then give you guys an update on how your players are getting on (undecided whether to give seasonal, or bi-seasonal updates). Players will all be 16 or 17 to begin with, and set up to have the potential to be world-beaters as nobody really wants to hear about mediocrity!
