Football Manager 2011: Manchester City; The Rise to the Top

Opening Note:
Alright so I've decided to open this up because I've recently found an addiction to playing Football Manager 2011 and while I'm at it, I'll try to post some results up here. The team I've chosen is Manchester City, and although they're not my favorite team, I feel like I'll have some fun using this team throughout the season. This thing starts at the start of the 2010-2011 Premier League Season with Manchester City qualifying for the Europa League. Roberto Mancini is also tasked to lead the heavily spent team to Champions League places and silverware this season.
