I don't get the idea behind wanting more female posters. Are forums filled with Jeff Hardy sigs really that much better....just kidding...kinda.
I understand that more females posting regularly attracts more E-White Knights which in turn creates more traffic. At least I'd assume that is the point of giving them VIP in order to have them stick around. Either way, the whole thing is laughable.
I have no idea what this VIP is. Is it just a section with WWE Media and such? If so you can find Rapidshare and Megaupload links for almost every WWE show ever for free online. Can somebody fill me in on the VIP? Why would anybody pay for a web forum?
Females offer a different view and perspective on certain life situations. This is a wrestling forum yes, but it also offers a variety of other sections such as general discussion where diversity is very useful. That's why females are important to internet forums. It's along the same logic as say..a brand of clothes. If everyone was the same, everyone wore Nike or Abercrombie & Fitch and conformed to one style or say everyone had the same ideas on the same issues.. life would not only be boring but much less progressive. Females help in progressing a forum.

You get a Shoutbox, you get VIP forums which includes media (music/movies/porn) but also just another forum to post in, you can have gifs as avatars, umm.... I can't think of anything else right now.
