Iowa hardcore band Too Pure To Die has called it quits. Formed in 2002, the group has released material with Trustkill Records and Sumerian Records. Guitarist Jordan Peterson had the following to say:
"TPTD is breaking up because we all felt like we had accomplished our goals... we went overseas, made a career record, and toured the US relentlessly. We have one show coming up on October 4th in Des Moines and another 2 shows with the original line-up playing all old songs on November 6th in Des Moines and 7th in Minnesota. These dates mark the end of an era for us, and we hope that everyone from the Midwest is there to celebrate it with us. A couple members are back in school and a couple are working and developing new projects. We want to thank Trustkill for all of their help, as well as Lucas Keller, Ian Friedman, Jamey Jasta, and everyone who ever came to our shows, bought a t-shirt or let us crash on their floor. Thanks again for everything."

Terrible band, terrible album. They are awesome guys, and I support them in everything they do. Good music........ To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
