Unearth are a phenomenal live band (I know it's opinion, but these guys were that good when I saw them I just assumed everyone would enjoy them live) who have more in common with Mastadon's prog-metal, than Darkest Hour or Atreyu.
And boo-ing musicians is just plain disrespectful. If you don't like them, remain quiet and show your disapproval that why. They have a set time to fill and will do so with your boo's or not. You're accomplishing nothing, other than annoying those around you who are enjoying the band. This isn't wrestling dude, they are looking for heel heat.

Saw Testament back on June 9th! Along with Unearth although they sucked horribly, some shitty metalcore band that doesn't belong on the line-up. Lazarus A.D. was also one of the openers, they were good.
Testament went by seemingly fast, they played pretty much straight through the setlist with line a one minute break. They cut down the setlist from some of the other dates before Vegas but it was only by like two or three songs.
Overall it was a good show except for Unearth. I could do nothing but boo and laugh at them. If I remember correctly at one point I yelled "Get the fuck off the stage!" I hate any band that was the sub-genre "-Core" attached to them.
Testament \m/!
I saw that same exact show about two months ago. Dude, I don't like Unearth, but they really put on an eccentric show. That concert got me onto Lazurus A.D., and Testament....no words can describe how much they epically ruled. Alex Skolnick is one incredible guitarist. Plus, they had one of the best setlists I'm ever going to hear from a band (New Order, Electric Crown, Formation...., Over The Wall, Into The Pit, Souls of Black, etc.). It was an awesome show.
I saw LEs Clayppol last week. This concert was a complete mindfuck, with masks, unbelievable bass, drum, and timpani solos, and crazy lyrics and song moods. Les is possibly the greatest musician to walk on the face of the earth, and that concert proved it. He played some stuff going back to Highball With the Devil, he played stuff off his recent album Of Fungi and Foe, and he played one Primus song, but just the bass part (American Life). Awesome show. Plus, O'death was there. Great shit.

I can boo if I want, I wasn't the only one booing. Yeah, maybe you're right it is disrespectful but honestly, I don't give a fuck. Honestly, I did remain quiet for alot of it but near the middle/end of their set is when I started to get impatient, want them off the stage and started to boo. Honestly, I'm not a person who cares about annoying other people at a concert. People boo and people cheer, just part of going to a concert with multiple bands that not everyone is going to like. Don't get me wrong, I'm not the type of person who doesn't care about respect but I mean, not everyone is going to like all the bands so expect some boos. Not a big deal.

Yeah, they did have an eccentric show but I'm not into that. I thought their movements, I guess you could say, were lame.
I agree about Testament's setlist. Truly awesome show. I marked when they played Three Days Of Darkness. I knew they played that on the shows previous to Vegas but I just went crazy. It's one of my favorite Testament songs. I like how they did the fans vote for which setlist thing but I was disappointed that they cut like two or three of the songs from the Vegas show. I was really disappointed that they cut Demonic Refusal and True Believer. I was stoked for those two songs. I mean, to hear Demonic Refusal live, is killer but sadly they didn't play it for us To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.

Agreed. I saw Funeral For A Friend supporting Iron Maiden and didn't boo. Now that takes some self-restraint. To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
And yeah I don't mind Unearth.
