Well, BJ actually faced Lyoto Machida at Light Heavyweight even though he lost. If Big Nog dropped down to Light Heavyweight, which I believe he can do, that fight could happen. Haha, it's a stretch but I just felt like sharing that bit of information.
The dream fight for me is Fedor VS. Randy.
I know Brock Lesnar's fairly knew but I'd really love to see him VS. Tim Sylvia. A lot of Timmay's size would be neutralized when facing Lesnar. I just think it would be a great fight for Brock to eventually have.
Filho VS. Silva would be another good one, although it'll probably never happen. Another one that would be awesome but probably won't happen for the same reason is Wandy VS. Shogun.

I don't know why Randy wouldn't stay in the UFC to fight Big Nog, seriously Big Nog has been either second or three heavyweight for ages always ranked higher than Couture, he should face him as well as Fedor.

If Fedor VS. Couture happens in the UFC as a one-shot deal, it shud be non-title of course. And regardless of what happens, win or lose, Randy should fight Big Nog. That would be the best case scenario.
