He's made his in ring debut for TNA & got owned by AJ Styles in an MMA rules match. But what i want to know is, what's he like when doing it for real? His promo's in TNA have been along the lines of he gets to beat up people & he liked it. Has he ever been considered good or is he just inflating his own ego?

Trigg beat the snot out of a Mayham awhile back at some C level show in hawaii but outside of that...Hes most famous for getting slammed on his ass by Matt Hughes.

If you watch the fight, the only reason Hughes was in trouble in the first place was because he was expecting the ref to warn Trigg and Trigg took a cheap shot.
Wasn't Trigg the one who was looking very good when he first debuted and then got seriously hurt in a motorcycle wreck and has never really been the same in the octagon since?

Sounds more like Mir to me, I don't think Triggs ever been a bike crash, but I could be wrong.
Ah, no that is it.
I get those two confused.

Trigg was is one of the most exciting mma fights of all time against Hughes (the second one) when he low blowed Hughes, almost RNC Hughes, then Hughes proceeds to escape, take down and then RNC Trigg and this was all in round 1.
