Now that Henderson has lost to both Rampage and Silva what is next for him? Will he stay in the Middleweight Division or will he step back up to Light Heavyweight?
I personally think he will go back up to Light Heavyweight. I think he fits it better there and would have more of a chance to get a title shot than at Middleweight because he went 5 rounds with Rampage and won two of those rounds.
So what do you think?

I think he will go back up to Light Heavyweight, he prefers fighting at 205 because he doesn't like to cut the weight and he has historically performed better there. As far as title shots go, he has a better chance of getting another shot at Silva before he does Rampage just because of the way the divisions are set up, but he will win the LHW belt before the MW belt.
yeah, he prefers 205, but I hope he stays down, @ least for a lil while. the division is so weak right now, it needs some good fighters. and right now, i'd say he should rematch silva, because no one else under current UFC contract even stands a chance that is in title contention. If anyone saw the Silva-Okami fight, Okami had no chance against Silva. It's on MMA-Tube.com if you haven't. I want to see a rematch of Silva-Hendo, plus Hendo vs Marquardt, Franklin, and Cote.

I have only seen one PPV, but I was impressed with him against Silva.

I wonder if Tanner and Hendo would fight. I'm not sure what there relationship was when Tanner was with Quest. But I think it would be an interesting fight.

In his prime, that would have been a classic matchup, but in his current shape and years of abuse to his body, only time will tell if Tanner will ever be more than a shadow of his former self. Hopefully he has a quicker comeback than Mir

Considering that he just gave up drinking in October, I think he has come a long way in a short time. I think if he stays on track and hooks up with a good team (Xtreme COuture) I think he could be better then ever.
