Another awesome performance by Silva, it really is too bad that the best fighter just so happens to be in the weakest division.

I actually enjoyed the Herring/Kongo fight, but it is evident that these two are borderline top 10 fighters at best.

Disappointing to see Evan Tanner lose, I guess Okami finally finishing a fight will earn him a title shot sometime in the summer.

Fitch solidified his position as the #1 Contender to the winner of GSP/Serra with another victory over a solid fighter.

All in all it was a good night of fights, but the UFC could have done a much better job by showing the Arlovski and Sanchez fights even with them being relegated for Leben/Sakara.

because if that's true then no one, truly no one at 185 pounds can beat Silva.

GSP would first have to dominate the welterweight division that would mean, facing Sanchez, beating Serra twice, beating Fitch, beating Karo again, beating Marcus Davis and possibly Kos again.

Then and only then can GSP even think of moving up.

Or he could get beat in the welterweight division and decide to step up.

Given that most of the time fighters step down a division when they are losing in their division but it is a possibility I suppose.

I would love to see Silva vs. GSP.

There is also talk of Penn fighting GSP if they both dominate as champions so I really don't believe we will see champions fight anytime soon. I think if anything, UFC would be best off having catchweight fights between dominant champions when there is no clear #1 contender established. Remember, Hughes vs Gracie was a catchweight fight and was one of the most successful UFC events of all time.
