2 million a fight, most likely going to sign other fighters from his squad...the 2 million a fight alone is worth it.
Exactly no one gets paid that and the other things he was trying to do prolly dont pay that combined in a year.
That first video he mangles that dudes eye bad, pretty sure detached retna, thats massive punch power. He also lets the guy hit him in the face about four times with his hands down, jaw of steal.

And not letting him fight Sambo even though they have made exceptions for other fighters in the past, having a champion clause which would automatically extend his contract if he was champion.
With M1 he got a better contract. He is part owner and is getting paid a hefty sum.
As for him being scared to fight UFC fighters, he put a stipulation in his M1 contract that would give any UFC fighter $1 million on top of their current fight salary to face him in M1.

Show me proof of that contract. Then show me where Dana let other fighters go fight somewhere else (worth while fighters). Also he has let unhappy people out of their contracts, for example Flop-Crop.
There’s a clause in Fedor’s contract that will pay the UFC champ an addition $1 million (on top of whatever else the UFC will pay him) to fight Fedor, and the winner will receive a bonus of another $1 million.
Chuck Liddell was allowed to fight in Pride. He lost badly to Rampage. Is he a big enough fighter for you?
Of course, Dana was also Liddell's manager at the time. It can be assumed that Dana would never allow a fighter to compete outside the UFC if he thinks there is a chance they would lose. He was confident in Liddell and Liddell got beat.
As for Cro Cop, Dana let him out of the contract on the condition that he returns to fulfill the contract after he wins three fights outside of the UFC.

When Dana was managing Chuck and Tito he did not run the UFC. He is not legally allowed to do both due to conflict of interest. So that example is null and void.
At that time he was trying to do what he thought was best for his fighter not for the UFC which he had nothing to do with. He just managed fighters. Visit : Wrestling Forums : WWE, TNA, ECW, E-Fed, Wrestlemania, Live Wrestling Streams http://wrestlingclique.com/showthread.php?t=54581 (Kimbo Slice)
As for Cro-Crop, all that quote show me is he can come back when he feels like it lawl, but regardless he let him go.
As for Fedor, its nice to put out a statement you know you will never have to back up since Dana will not let his champs fight anywhere else. Which according to you he very well knows from his contract negotiations with him.
Are we speaking of the UFC or Dana? Liddell was under UFC contract (that Dana was not the prez is null and void) and was allowed to fight for another organization. Dana was for it when his managed fighter was allowed to do it. He changed his mind after the ass kicking. The ass kicking of Chuck led to the UFC not wanting their fighters to be exposed. Zuffa started putting non-compete clauses in their contracts, but allow for some considerations at their discretion.
GSP was training for the Olympics:

Also, with the Couture lawsuit filed by the UFC, the UFC is not bringing up the promotional (fight) contract because they fear any sane judge would look at the contract and rule it unconscionable for being so one-sided.
