I hope this is not true. I was really looking forward to Cro Cops return but he has not performed well in the UFC so I could understand this decision.

Yeah, that's too bad. His UFC journey has really been a rocky road.

I heard rumors of his next fight being against Brandon Vera... that'd be a great fight, I hope it gets booked

I believe Cro Cop didn't know about the deadline. He has been training like a beast and putting on solid muscle to fair better with UFC's heavyweights in the octagon.

Hopefully it is just a communication error.

It appears that this is the case.

I am looking forward to his return to see if we will see the Cro Cop of old. It seems he is serious about it again. We shall see.
