Matt Serra knocking out Georges St. Pierre
Randy Couture beating Tim Silvia (was that 2007?)
Keith Jardine beating Chuck Liddell
Houston Alexander knocking out Jardine
The biggest upset to me had to be Serra over GSP. I remember I was so surprised I couldn't close my mouth for good minute or two
Serra has to be #1 for me. I didn't order the PPV becasue I figured it was predetermined that GSP would dismantle him.
Jackson KO'ing Chuck wasn't a suprise at all.
Forrest fucking Griffin beating SHOGUN was a huge shock to me, but it taught me to never count out a guy with heart and Randy couture in your camp
Mirko losing didn't suprise me. Mirko getting his fucking head kicked in did though.
and Couture beating Sylvia wasn't a shock as I always have faith in Randy. But Randy dropping Tim with the opening punch made me stand for the next 25 minutes.

I kind of suspected that Rampage may beat Liddell but knocking him out, I never would have guessed it in a million years.
