I dont know if anyone else caught this last night, but they announced BJ vs Joe Stevenson for the lightweight championship, not the interim title. Looks like Sherk is getting stripped, even tho his suspension will be up by the time the fight takes place.

AS much as I believe that Sherk is innocent, I'm glad Dana stripped him of the title. You simply can't pick and choose who gets stripped based on your relationship with them. Dana seemed to be leaning towards not taking the title because he said Sherk looked him in the eye like a man and stated that he didn't cheat. But to go against the CSAC would be a terrible move with the sport being being on the verge of a network debut.
