So it’s Team Serra vs. Team Hughes in the latest of this ‘reality’ season… who’ll become the next Forest Griffin, Michael Bisping, Nate Diaz or Rashard Evans?
Post you’re thoughts here about each weeks show.
I’m just off to watch the first episode now if anyone wants a stream of it, (no download needed) just PM me and I’ll hook ya up with it.
How insane did that guy go when they told him he’d broken his elbow? Now I know it’s a big deal to have to leave a show before it’s even started, but the guy just went totally over the top. He wanted to fight with a broken elbow… what an idiot, he could have jeopardized his future if he wanted to do that. At least he did show a bit of heart, which has been lacking in previous seasons. E.g Season 3 when the 2 guys didn’t want to fight in the Semi’s and the guy who left because of his girlfriend.
Gotta give it to Hughes, his mind games worked to get what he wanted. Serra’s guy did look like he wanted out of the fight towards the end of the first round… only a few more seconds and he’d have completed the first round.
Looks like a very interesting season. Serra and Hughes will be winding each other up all season no doubt.
yeah does look really good, im pretty pumped for it, but yeah i kinda hate how sierra just picked, joey i believe it is because he ius a family friend, how dumb

Yeah, they both train together, or Serra trains him. Something along those lines. From a coach’s point of view, that just shows favoritism. You can see from TUF 3 that other guys don't take well to favoritism (eg Hammil and Ortiz). Now Serra wasted his number 1 pick, and he got dumped out in the first fight. Serra set himself up for that fall.
yeah but they stay on the show this season.... so he's still there, and can fight again
Yeah, in the preview of this weeks show it shows Serra trying to cheer up Joey... his team mates can't like that. A coach giving lots of time to a guy who's already been eliminated.
