De La Hoya comments on MMA
From f4wonline.com
Oscar De La Hoya on whether MMA is a threat to boxing: "No, not at all. Not at all. Because, for instance, if you have Manny Pacquiao vs. Marco Antonio Barrera, you're going to do great on pay per view, you're going to fill up the arenas. It just depends on the match making. If you match up two of the best fighers in the world, people will come. So are we worried about UFC? No, not at all. Let them do their thing. We're doing our thing, and we're happy with that".

Well duh, of course he is going to say no, he is one of the people that over the years has helped boxing to where it is, he isn't just going to lay down and say 'Yeah Mixed Martial Arts is the better sports and what I dedicated my life to is a load of crap'.
