Does anyone think it could compete with UFC? From the last few shows theyve came leaps and bounds production wise with there stage set up. Annoucing wise theyre still at a handicap with Goldberg and Glacier. But there are so many up sides to this promotion if it can blow up and get some main stream attention.
Not to mention future fights that they have lined up with Frank Shamrock alone, Frank Shamrock Vs Ninja Rua, Shamrock Vs Cung Lee and Rematches with both Baroni and Renzo Gracie. Not to mention Soko debuting, Gina Carano fighting again and other smaller fighters like Krazy Horse and Paul Daley.
Is anyone else excited for the future of this promotion?

Daley is going to be more than a small fighter, he is pure class. I do think that they can become very big, but maybe just like a little behind UFC, I don't personally think that they could reach UFC standards.

I think they have a good future in front of them. They have a good roster of fighters and are being smart in that they are only producing a handful of PPV's a year. I think they realize they're not big enough to compete with UFC on a monthly level, but they can compete and draw big crowds (Frank's first fight for Strikeforce still holds the U.S. live gate record) when they do run shows.
I dunno about competing with the UFC. I missed the Shamrock vs Baroni fight, but the production value of the Dynamite show was horrible. There was more filler than anything i've ever seen, and not even semi-quality filler like the replayed/overplayed interviews on UFC events, but all the dancing and pogo-stilts and crap like that took so much from the show. The length of time between fights was ridiculous. The quality of some of the fights were the best I'd seen in a while, and it was interesting to see fighters that would not have been able to get into the larger organizations, but until they improve those aspects, it will still trail far behind the UFC.
