Leonard Garcia confirmed in a recent interview that he would be competing at “The Ultimate Fighter 5” finale June 23 at The Palms Casino in Las Vegas. The native Texan would not reveal his opponent, saying only, “He was on the show.”

At 9-2, Garcia made his debut at UFC 69 in April and turned in a memorable performance in an epic battle with lightweight contender Roger Huerta. Though he lost a unanimous decision, Garcia won over fans with his tenacity and toughness as he absorbed Huerta’s best shots, at times meeting his opponent’s strikes with smiles. Many consider it a frontrunner for Fight of the Year.

Garcia, who had won eight consecutive fights before his loss to Huerta, trains with Greg Jackson’s camp in New Mexico. He made a name for himself in the Colorado-based Ring of Fire promotion, where he held the lightweight championship.
I'm hoping its Garcia Vs Diaz (I think Diaz gets knocked in the semis to be honest) or Garcia Vs Manny, ethier way its pretty good news, The cards shaping up nicely.

Lobsta? The guy who got kicked off this season for keeping the fight going? Seriously? I hope your kidding. That guy sucked. Give Emmerson more fights.

lol Lobsta is indeed a sucky fighter, hes just got a kind of cool personality being a chief and all. Emerson I would expect to fight on the finale to, possible/Hopefully against Garcia.
