PRELIM FIGHT RESULTS

Fight #1:
-Dustin Hazelett vs. Diego Saraieva

Round 1: A Hazelett round. Lots of action on the feet early, with Hazelett controlling. Later on in some ground action, Hazelett scored well on top. Saraiva scored a sweep at one point, but the fight was then quickly restarted due to a lack of action.

Round 2: Hazelett opens round two landing some good punches followed by a takedown. He is controlling what happens in the action and is landing good shots on top on the ground. Saraiva gets another sweep late in the round and lands some elbows but didn't do enough to get the round. He needs to win big in the third and final round, which is up next.

Round 3: Hazelett looks a bit tired as the round opens. He lands a head kick but Diego changes levels and scores a takedown. He remains on top but doesn't do much for a bit. Ref stands them up. Hazelett scores with a couple of punches on the feet, but Saraiva gets a takedown. Close round.

Dustin Hazelett def. Diego Saraiva via Unanimous Decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27) after 3 Rounds.

Fight #2:
-"Lyoto" Ryoto Machida vs. Sam Hoger

Round 1: Machida round. First round saw a couple of good exchanges on the feet. Lyoto dropped Hoger at one point with a strong left punch. He followed in, but Hoger worked his way back to his feet. The two finished up the round trading leg kicks for the most part.

Round 2: Lyoto drops Hoger early on with a punch after avoiding a Hoger leg-kick attempt. He follows in and does some effective damage. Hoger tries to get up but fails a few times. Hoger goes for a leg submission, but Lyoto avoids it and lands some shots. Back up, Lyoto lands solid knees to Hoger that dropped him. Lyoto followed in again for some ground and pound to end the round. Very big round for Lyoto.

Round 3: Lyoto lands a good punch early on followed by some body kicks. Lyoto gets a takedown and gains mount. Hoger pretty quickly scrambles out and back up but eats some shots for his effort. Hoger is sticking in there, but it's not really competitive. Lyoto lands a couple more big shots to finish the round.

"Lyoto" Ryoto Machida def. Sam Hoger via Unanimous Decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27) after 3 Rounds.

Fight #3:
-Tyson Griffin vs. Frank Edgar

Round 1: Edgar gets a few takedowns early. He's doing good business within Griffin's guard with strikes. Griffin works his way up and gets his own takedown. Edgar works his way up pretty quickly though and takes Griffin back down. On top, Edgar passes to half guard and finishes the round landing some good shots. Looking like an Edgar round.

Round 2: This one is getting good. Griffin starts the round landing a couple of good shots. Edgar gets a takedown, but Griffin isn't down long as he works his way back up. He lands some good leg kicks on the feet and even put Edgar down. Edgar scrambles and gets mount. He lands some punches from the mount until Griffin got a less dangerous position. Close round, tough to call.

Round 3: Third round was an Edgar round. Griffin seemed tired most of the round, and discouraged, and Edgar was relentless. Near the end, Griffin almost stole it with a leg submission, very close, but Edgar eventually got out and finished the round landing strikes.

Frank Edgar def. Tyson Griffin via Unanimous Decision (29-28, 29-28, 30-27) after 3 Rounds.

Fight #4:
-Jorge Rivera vs. Terry Martin

Round 1: Very quick fight. Round opens with Rivera throwing a leg kick, Martin caught it and immediately dropped him with a counter. He followed in with a couple devastating shots once Rivera went down, and the fight was over by knockout in just over ten seconds.

Terry Martin def. Jorge Rivera via TKO (strikes) at 0:14 of Round 1.

LIVE PPV FIGHTS

Fight #5:
-Patrick Cote vs. Scott Smith

Round 1: Round one wasn't too action packed, but definitely not boring either. Probably a Cote round. Mostly on the feet with Cote pushing the action more. He caught a kick from Smith once and did a good takedown.

Round 2: Another Cote round. He could have finished him after hitting him with a bomb about mid-way through the round. They played to each other and the crowd, although Smith was definitely out on his feet and took a while to recover. Easily a Cote round.

Round 3: Better round for Smith, but he still might have lost it. Regardless, this should be a unanimous decision for Cote.

Patrick Cote def. Scott Smith (via Unanimous Decision 30-27, 30-27, 30-27) after 3 Rounds.

Fight #6:
-Quinton "Rampage" Jackson vs. Marvin Eastman

Round 1: Slow round until the last minute and then it was all worth it. Rampage hurt Eastman twice, whole round was on the feet. Wasn't impressive until the end. When Rampage lands big ones, usually more than one at a time, Eastman usually lands one of his own in the exchanges. Still, a Rampage round and almost finished at the end.

Round 2: Round was similar to the first, also until the end. Eastman landed a great elbow at one point, but didn't seem to bother Rampage much. Not much later, Rampage started a flurry with in-close uppercuts and quickly finished with brutal punches. Very impressive finish.

Quinton "Rampage" Jackson def. Marvin Eastman via TKO (strikes) in Round 2.

Fight #7:
-Roger Huerta vs. John Halverson

Round 1: Very quick fight. Early on in a scramble, Halverson took a very light illegal knee while on the ground - and seemingly over-sold it and flattened like a pancake. Huerta on his back just pounded Tito Ortiz-Guy Mezger II style until the referee stopped it.

Roger Huerta def. John Halverson via TKO (strikes) in Round 1.

Fight #8:
-Mirko CroCop vs. Eddie Sanchez

Round 1: About as one sided as you'd expect, minus the violent left high kick. Only semi-landed one, which "kinda" hurt Sanchez. Did more with straight left punches. Sanchez did a good job early circling away from the dangerous left leg of CroCop. In the end, CroCop dropped him with a combo and eventually got the ref. stoppage with ground and pound.

Mirko CroCop def. Eddie Sanchez via TKO (strikes) in Round 1.

Fight #9:
-Anderson Silva vs. Travis Lutter

Round 1: Nothing much on the feet for a while. Silva lands a flying knee, but Lutter takes it and winds up on top in Silva's guard. Silva from the bottom pushes Lutter away with his legs and quickly stands up. In a scramble right after, Lutter gets an ankle-pick and puts Silva on his back again. Nothing much happens until after about a minute Lutter passes Silva's legs and gets side mount. Lutter goes for a kimura and instead gets mount. Lutter almost finishes Silva with ground and pound but Silva somehow reverses! Silva is on his feet standing over Lutter who's on his back as the round ends.

Round 2: Lutter immediately takes Silva down to open the round. He winds up in Silva's guard. Silva slaps on a very tight triangle that he works on for a while, really coming close to finishing him for a long time. He would throw elbows and cut him, and eventually Lutter tapped - seemingly from the elbows, not the triangle.

Anderson Silva def. Travis Lutter via Submission (strikes) in Round 2.

Re: UFC 67 All Or Nothing Results

I have said in another thread already but I want Cro-cop to go after someone who does not spend the entire fight running away from him. He is so composed though!

Also enjoyed the Rampage fight - cant wait to see him go after Liddell again.

Cant wait for the Bisping fight in the UK!
