Great card, nothing went to decision which is always a good thing in my book. Glad I have Gegard on my team for CFL. Cyborg/Gina was such an entertaining fight. I really wish it would have gone to that 2nd round, but oh well. Good stuff from Strikeforce, looking forward to their next card, and Fedor.

I watched the Mousasi/Sobral, Werdum/Kyle, and Santos/Carano fights.
Very impressed with Mousasi.
Santos/Carano was good but Santos was just too strong. I am sure we will see them fight again down the road. Especially with the lack of female fighters.
From what I watched it was a good card. All three of these fights were good.

Carano and Santos really need a rematch. I enjoyed the fuck out of that match. Just the fury in Santos was amazing.
Agreed.
Gina should work on her footwork. She'll never win a brawl against Cyborg. But if she played the 'Hit without getting hit' Machida-like game than I think she would do fairly well.
Anyway, card was great. Every fight got a finish, and the show went by fast and smoothly. Can't ask for more.

Didn't get to see the event but managed to find a couple of the fights online. The results all went pretty much as I figured, for the most part.
Sad to see Carano lose, but Cyborg is a monster. From everything I hear, she doesn't train at the level really required of a top fighter. She spends as much or more time being a celebrity than a fighter. I don't think she can become a truly elite fighter without that dedication.
Love Mousasi. Have for awhile. Nice dominant performance to help establish him to the American fans who don't follow Japan that closely.

JT really effed himself stepping in that late to fight. I was going to pick him up in the CFL but his fighting on short notice habits were going to catch up sooner or later.
Everything else was good, glad to see Dak finally saw a Mousasi fight >.>

That's always been the problem with Carano. Thats why she misses/has trouble making the cut in some of her fights. She definitely has the skills tho.
I loved that Fabricio Werdum won his fight, still can't believe the UFC released him. He is still one of the top Heavyweights in the game today.
Mousasi made short work of Babalu and was impressive in doing it.
Too bad Nick Diaz didnt make the show, I was really looking forward to watching him fight.
