Basically two blokes who go to a different place each episode and learn are martial art associated with said place. They do a couple of days training then they finish off with a fight and/or a demonstration.
Just curious if anybody else enjoyed it. I found it to be hit and miss. I enjoyed watching some of the training, but I found a lot of the fights to be boring.
