The main event was a possible fight of the year canidate. Sanchez knew Clay was going to be an animal. A lot of decisions in this event, and its not a bad thing. What I saw in Stevenson/ Diaz was what I expected.

Meh, this season was crap and D got dominated but he was anything BUT a cocky prick and was very humble in defeat so I don't know what you keep going on about just because he didn't like your Bisping.

personally, Tokoro vs abel was better, but thats just me.
I really used to like Joe Stevenson and I even picked him to beat Sanchez a couple of months back, but he let me down when he didnt use his strenghts in that fight and decided to brawl instead. Last night I picked Diaz just cause of that, but Joe decided to finally do what he is good at, and that's fighting on the ground. This fight reminded me so much of the Diaz/Guida fight.
Lytle vs Burns was a great slugfest. Burns looked so much better than Chris, but he gassed out. Lytle from there just took him apart.
Sanchez vs Guida was the fight of the night. One of the best first rounds I've ever seen. Sanchez 'striking is amazing and his ground game is awesome as well. Guida is just an animal and the real 60 minute man and he guy could have gone another 10 rounds easy. The shot he took in the second was brutal and anybody else would have been knocked out. I thought it was real close, but Guida basically never inflicted real damage on Sanchez and the decision was correct.
damn, that was one hell of a main event. for sure fight of the night, maybe even fight of the year. Sanchez his first round was awesome, that Guida is one tough sunnamagun!!!
i'm also glad that James won the fight, Demarquez was indeed one cocky prick. not because of the Bisping affair, but that guy really tought that he was to good to be in that house and belonged in the UFC. and a man who paints his toe-nails with glitterpaint deserves to lose

The live finale of the ninth season of “The Ultimate Fighter,” airing Saturday June 20 (9:00pm-12:00am), drew more men in the advertiser-coveted demographic of Men 18-34 (663,000) than MLB baseball on FOX (184,000) and coverage of U.S. Open golf on NBC (384,000) which ran earlier that day.
The live UFC fight card, which peaked at 2.8 million viewers for the main event featuring Diego Sanchez and Clay Guida, was the most watched-program in all of television in Men 18-34 and Men 18-49.
Also, bucking the trend of most reality series, “The Ultimate Fighter” finale ratings for season nine were the highest since season six and the full season of 13 episodes were the highest in Men 18-34 since season five.
Overall, the “The Ultimate Fighter: U.S. vs. Team U.K.” delivered a 1.5 household rating, a 2.1 in Men 18-49 (1.2 million), a 2.3 in M18-34 (663,000), a 2.8 in M25-34 (468,000) and 2.2 million total viewers.
Many had hyped Guida vs. Sanchez as a possible “Fight of the Year” candidate, and the two warriors more than lived up to the hype in a three-round war that left the sold out crowd at The Palms Casino Resort clamoring for more, as Sanchez won via split decision in a fifteen minute instant UFC classic. The fight drew an impressive 3.1 rating in Men 18-34 and 3.3 in Men 25-34.
The card also featured the welterweight and lightweight finals from “The Ultimate Fighter: United States vs. United Kingdom,” and colonial rule reigned supreme, as British competitors took home the title in both divisions. Team U.K.’s James Wilks submitted Team U.S.’s DaMarques Johnson in the first round to take home the welterweight crown, and Team U.K.’s Ross Pearson defeated teammate Andre Winner to become the lightweight division champion.
Meh.
