Actually, his pay has been very consistent. Remember, UFC contracts are a set amount for the fight, with usually double that amount to win.
So, at UFC he got $45k for the fight. If he won, he would have got another $45k. Exactly what he got for UFC 92. Which is a bit more than he got for UFC 81 ($40k to show, $40k to win), and 74 was $36k to show plus $30k to win. His last loss was UFC 65, where he got $30k.
May be consistent, but still not fair. You argued that he hasn't really beaten anyone formidable to garner a high payday. Look at Bispings pay, he got $150,000 for his fight...non-title and he lost. Who has he beaten to deserve more than Mir? No one.

And by most measure, Bisping is overpaid. Based on his actual accomplishments in the cage, Bisping is making more than he should. In defense of Bisping, however, he does have significant name value after having been both a winner and a coach on TUF, plus he's the face of the UFC in the UK. You could argue those factors increase his value to the UFC significantly.
Coleman is another "unique" case. Pretty sure his current contract was signed when they UFC brought him back to feed him to Lesnar. That fight never happened, but it makes sense that he would be getting paid a bit more.
I don't think Mir is really much underpaid. If he won, he would've made $90k. That puts him on a relatively similar level to guys like Jon Fitch, Thiago Alves, Sean Sherk, Keith Jardine, Gabe Gonzaga, Kenny Florian, and a bit below LHW champion Lyoto Machida. Now if Mir won that fight, you could argue that as the Undisupted HW champion, he would deserve more. But as it stands...? Sure, he has some name value, but how much? Is Mir going to be able to headline shows based on his name value alone? Without the belt or a big name opponent? I don't see it. I don't think the UFC could put Mir as the headliner against a mid level HW (say Gonzaga or Kongo) on an other-wise mediocre card and expect good buy rates. Being able to do that is having true name value - its being able to sell a card yourself. Mir lacks that at this point, in my opinion. Put him against Couture and you have a sellable card. Stack the undercard and its sellable. Or maybe have him headline a card that the UFC doesn't expect good buy rates on, like a European or UK based one. So if he can't carry a card like George St. Pierre, BJ Penn, or even Forrest Griffin can, why would he be paid like them? Honestly, I don't think Mir's pay is reall out of line with the UFC payscale - remembering that he would have made $90k if he won. He's being paid like a solid, upper level fighter who isn't a true star or name draw for them... which is what he is.

Bisping got 150K for losing. are you telling me he is 3x better than Mir and more deserving? Complete horse shit. Mir is a credible guy and a top 5 HW in UFC and he earns 45k losing wow...
