Yeah, but Mercer didn't throw a real punch in that fight. Kimbo bull rushed him, threw a bit, clinched, and took Mercer down.

This is a somewhat embarrassing loss for Sylvia, in my opinion, but not a legacy-wrecker. Mercer might be old, but he was a heavyweight champion in boxing with something like 46 wins. I think Jens Pulver had it right - Sylvia was kinda stupid for taking this fight.
