"I've been there, seen it and done it a thousand times and I'm sure when the night comes it will be no different.

"I think I'll out strike him, I'll out-wrestle him, my jiu-jitsu's better than his and I'll outwork him.

"I will do everything better than him when it comes to fight time.

"I'm 100 per cent confident. I've got a fantastic camp going on at the Wolfslair.

"I've got a bunch of very high calibre wrestlers in to train with and none of them are getting me down.

"I'm looking forward to the fight and the show as a whole."

The charismatic Lancastrian has come a long way since making his winning Octagon debut in the Ultimate Fighter 3 finale against Josh Haynes in June 2006.

He has notched six wins in the promotion and has been beaten only once - losing a split decision to Rashad Evans at UFC 78.

Bisping already boasts a couple of high profile scalps, including Chris Leben and Matt Hamill, but a win over the legendary Henderson would elevate him into the upper reaches of the middleweight division.

The Count admits being asked to appear on the bill for the UFC's biggest-ever show is already proof of how far he has progressed as a fighter.

He added: "I was absolutely thrilled when I got the call and was asked to headline UFC 100.

"I couldn't believe it but I looked at it as a validation of my success and all the hard work and effort I've put in.

"I live and breathe this sport so to get selected to be on the UFC 100 card means a lot."

I thought they were fighting on UFC 100.

Either way I'm looking forward to this fight.

It will show where Henderson is now and it will show how good Bisping is and whether he can possibly be the one to dethrone Silva (I've seen many comments saying he's the one).

It is, was a typo and fixed. I'm looking forward to this fight as well. Bisping is really a question mark in my mind and this is the perfect test for him. I have a lot of doubts about his ability to keep Hendo's wrestling at bay. If he can avoid the takedowns enough, he might be able to win the stand up and the fight.

I know being English, and not a million miles away from Bisping's hometown I should be supporting him, but I think the guy's a complete prick. Whether he's a future champion or not I want Hendo to hand his ass to him and smile while he does it.

...but seriously, I have said it many times and will say it again, I see Bisping taking a decision in this fight, I'm actually not sure about if this fight will be exciting or not but either way see Bisping taking it.

If Bisping didn't correct his mistakes from when he fought Evans, 'Hollywood' should win this one, handily.

May heaven help Bisping should he ever decide to step in there against Anderson Silva.

doesn't mean he's corrected his mistakes, and none of the fighters he's won against are of the same caliber Hendo is. It'd be cool if he won, so that division has someone to put in there against Anderson Silva, but Hendo is a tall order for anybody to beat.

He retired McCarthy and Day isn't good at all so that's a fair point but Leben is a very dangerous striker who was actually on steroids at the time of that fight. That was his first real test at MW and he passed.

4 fights later you would have to say that he has been working on correcting those mistake, it would be outragously stupid not to be.

Yeah, I'm sure he's been working on those mistakes a lot but the fact is, training to deal with Hendo's wrestling and actually defending it is completely different. Bisping has a huge opponent in front of him and this is the biggest fight of his career.
