To be fair, Choi doesn't exactly look like that much of a fighter in this vid atleast. His opponent just made the error of trying trying to get a strike in and back off which is never going to work when with a size disadvantage. Big guys are usually all limbs so his best bet would have been to just go in close and hope to grab a leg for a takedown or something.

Choi is kind of decent I guess, he poses a threat because of his size and striking. I don't think very highly of him but he could take the Hulk Tourny just on his size alone.
Again, I really think the Sapp fight had to be a work, there was no resistance on the ground for anything. I know Sapps just just a scrub with no heart but damn. You DO NOT get swept by a man of Minowas size when your as big as Sapp.
