Dana White has an amazing mind for not only the fighting side of MMA, but the business as well. He's a great personality, and has been a driving force in the increasing popularity of the UFC, and MMA in general.
That said, he is also very crude and certainly not the kind of guy who a professional company would want fronting them to the world on a day-to-day basis. I think within the next five years we could see a new figure head for the UFC emerge and Dana will take more of a back seat in the public relations part of his job. While Dana has been essential at getting the UFC noticed, it may be time to have another person come in and be the public face of the company (and thus the sport as a whole) if UFC want to be as big as Dana says they do. Someone that doesn't run his/her mouth as much and can form complete sentences that don't contain the word "fuck". They'll be a lot less entertaining, but they be much harder to be used as scape-goats by past it politicians that can't see how much Ultimate Fighting and Mixed-Martial-Arts has changed since the days that it was refered to as "human cock-fighting", people who are completely willing to watch boxers get brain damaged from repeated blows to the head and cheer like fucking monkeys, but can't see the benefits of fighting in a cage (less likelihood of falling out of it when you're knocked out) and useing several diffent styles of fighting that don't simply rely on punching a guy in the face until he has the mental age of a featus... Wow! I got a bit empassioned right there.
