I'm preparing two of them for their second fight now, though it seems to be so hard for guys to get their energy back. I've stopped them training altogether for a while to let them rest and am giving them recovery bars and whatever else, but they still seem to be recovering so slowly. Anyone else notice that?
For regaining energy, go to the gym and asign "no training" for the the days you want your fighter to rest, but don't do it on his fighter page where you choose between no training, FT and PT, you can only change that once a week. Reduce energy loss supplements minimize energy loss, but your fighters conditioning has a lot to do with his recovery
