- All other relief that the Commission deems just and proper.

I agree with the fining, but some of the stuff is pretty ridiculous, supervised showers before bouts? How about just having someone look at him and make sure he's not greased...Didn't Penn first say he's not going to do anything about it? :/

Amazing stuff... it is clear that GSP outclassed him and I just don't see how it would be different without the greasing, unless BJ feels he could have caught him on the ground when he slipped out.

If greasing is against the rules then the match should be overturned, Dusty finish style.

Might be a bad example for a Brit but you could say Gaylord Perry wasn't going to get hit if he didn't doctor the ball, but if that were the case then why did he do it? If GSP didn't need to grease up then why did he do it? I don't think he should be banned, but he did break the rules! On a side note I would love that job as GSP shower watcher

Yeah that wasn't the best of examples lol I think what he/she was trying to say, DMac is if GSP could beat him without greasing his body then why did he choose to grease his body? And if that is against the rules then you have to put all the blame on the guy who broke the rules and not make excuses.

Sammy Sosa can hit a HomeRun without corking a bat but he corcked a bat anyway and got caught. GSP got caught cheating *if that is indeed cheating* and it is what it is.

I'm pretty sure GSP didn't know it was being done. Not that I know the guy personally or anything, but he doesn't seem like the guy who would willingly cheat like that, and in such a high profile fight. I know that even if he didn't have anything to do with it, he will still get a punishment. I really don't think he had any part in it, I also don't think it's fair to accuse him of cheating when we don't know if he had pre-meditated thought. (Of the vas)

Really, don't take it as me defending GSP, I was one of few people who wanted BJ to win that fight but seeing the fight you just have to say, you cannot see it happening any differently.

Can't that be said in all instances of cheating though James Deuce? One could argue that Sosa didn't know his bat was corked. Bonds didn't know that was steroids that was being injected into his body... nor did anyone else who has ever done steroids.

If the grease has to be applied to the body then how could he not know it was being done?

And on that note, of course we wont know for sure unless he admits to it and I think it's perfectly fine to speculate during a discussion on whether he did it or not. This is the court of public opinion, not a court of law. lol What we say here doesn't matter at all, in the grand scheme of things, so our speculation can be just that...speculation. And that's good for discussions sake.
