Do you have a reason not to give The Half Boy your vote for the Hall of Fame?
It'll be interesting to see Henderson as a coach, as I think he could excel in the role. But I'm honestly not looking forward to this season too much. I'll likely watch, but its basically just another reality show that happens to feature some fighting at this point. I really wish they would change up the formula and really make the show about the fighting and training, not the drama. But that isn't going to happen.

This year will be more competetive than ever BP, they are fighting for their nations Pride.
I realize that aspect will likely make things interesting. Its not that I don't think the show is competitive. I just simply dislike the focus on the antics in the house. The producers apparently encourage shenanigans and antics, because it makes for good TV. I just don't particularly like that aspect to it.

That aspect of it IS the best part of the show, some of the things they do it that house are hilarious.
I watch the show for the fighting. The shenanigans can be amusing, but they often take away from the fighting. Especially when you consider that the MMA is a sport struggling for mainstream legitimacy - while a bunch of young fighters on a TV show are hardly any sort of accurate sampling of what actual fighters are like, a lot of people who happen to watch don't know that. They see a bunch of amped-up meatheads acting like amped-up meatheads and trying to fight each other in the house, so they think that's what fighters are actually like. That doesn't do much for the credibility of MMA, in my opinion.

Meh, I like the stuff in the house, it's partly why I tune into the show each week. Some of the fights are just boring as hell, without the back up of the house the episode would just be plain and dull. As long as it doesn't turn into The Real World shit I'll be fine with it.

That would be a very good point.... that is if they didn't show how they didn't show them going through hell in training to be at the their best, not to mention some of the fighters nearly killing themselves trying to make weight. They care and it shows.
