Dream 7 took place early this morning. The first round of their Featherweiht Grand Prix. Only seen one fight so far, but looks like it was another solid show for DREAM.

Hello Japan!!!!!!!! What a fkn dumbass.

Aoki's body triangle is a thing of beauty. Gartner did well on the ground but Aoki was just too good.

I noticed that this was a Welterweight fight...Aoki doesnt look that big, I wonder what was his weight for this fight...and his take downs are brutals, he is a strong little guy.

My guess - and this is just a guess - is that Aoki is a natural 155er. As in, he really doesn't cut much weight. Whereas Gardiner is probably an American style 155er, where he cuts weight for weigh-ins and then gains weight back afterward. Because you are absolutely correct, Sawyer - Aoki does look smaller for a 155er.
