Nick Diaz shows us how to properly perform a Gogoplata. At Pride 33 he submitted Takanori Gomi with this move, which in turn earned him a "Submission of the Year" award.
The Undertaker should look at this and really learn how to apply a Gogoplata on an opponent.

I don't see much of a different between this and UT's tbh.
For the Gogoplata to work you gotta trap the arm by putting your leg over his shoulder. The Undertaker doesn't do that. His Gogoplata wouldnt even submit me.

I did think of another one though, namely the D'Arce Choke that Kendall Grove latched onto Alan Belcher a couple years ago. One second it looked like Belcher was fine, next second his arm falls limp.
A couple more that I enjoyed were the arm triangle that Jeremy Horn used some years back to choke out Chuck Liddell. When they pulled Horn up at the end of the round they found that Chucky boy was fast asleep. It was beautiful.
And last but not least, the thing that got him fired from the UFC, when Babalu choked out David Heath and wouldn't let go and rendered him to a shaking mess.
