I was reading Da One Enigma's post on another thread and it got me wondering...UFC 100 is just a few months away and the UFC definitely needs to put a huge show for this event.
I think Frank Mir vs Brock Lesnar for the World Title is a must. This would be one their biggest Heavyweight bouts in quite sometimes. Also there arent many fighters with a following like Lesnar's.
Maybe have the Hall of Famers fight...Royce Gracie vs Ken Shamrock? Mark Coleman vs Dan Severn? Mark Coleman vs Randy Couture? I would pay to see some of these fights.
What about if for this show Dana White introduces the first woman's bout? Gina Carano vs Cristiane Santos would be a great way to kick things off.
I personally think they should have all the Champions fight. Make this show the Wrestlemania of the UFC. The biggest show in MMA history.
...or should they maybe just treat it like any other show? I think UFC 100 should be a big deal.

I agree, there should be something special about UFC 100.
I agree too with the legends bout idea, maybe have Shamrock vs Severn as that was a great feud at the first UFC events.
Knowing my luck though they'll probably get Tank Abbot in.

I think they should also induct a new Hall of famer. Maybe Frank Shamrock, the guy deserves it.
Tank Abbot might suck now, but he did help build the sport. But you are right, I wouldn't wanna see him fight at a big show like that, or any show for that matter lol.

I know but It's more likely than some of the legends that are mentioned that hate Dana like Frank Shamrock and Don Frye etc. but I expect GSP/Penn vs Alves and if GSP wins maybe Penn vs KenFlo and then if BJ Penn beats GSP and only defends one maybe Rashad/Lyoto if he wins tonight
From what I hear, I seriously doubt that Frank Shamrock would be very interested in working with the UFC anytime soon. If Affliction manages to survive long enough to put on another show, I have heard he's interested in trying to set up a fight with Belfort.
Everything points to the UFC trying to blow things up with a big show at 100. Could be huge. A legends fight would be interesting, though with the older veterans, its tough to know if they're going to be able to put on a fight worth watching.
