I think his best matches have been mentioned already. I don't really watch FIP but he had a beast of a match with Erick Stevens, one of the few FIP matches that I've seen. Probably my favorite Roddy matches (other than his SOH with Danielson and his battles with Stevens) are the Six Man Mayhem in Dayton (mostly because I was there live. Nothing special of course, just a fun match with everyone beating the shit out of Pelle and one of the loudest f'n chops I've ever heard) and he had a good match with Alex Shelley at The Final Showdown that had a fun segment beforehand.

Pretty much all of the matches with Stevens were ****(+), if you ask me. Just absolutely brutal and it was easily the best feud of 2008.
I would certainly make a case for his match with Lynn. While it wasn't anything special before Roderick got cut open, it became one of my favourite performances of his, the way he just gutted it out and was determined to not let that stop him. The crowd was 100% behind him.
I also thought his match with Davey at Battle of the Best was pretty great. It was hurt slightly by the quiet crowd and lasted longer than it should've, but they worked well together and it was really intense. I loved his match with Hero, which saved Battle of Supremacy from being possibly the worst show of the year.
Both of the Nigel matches last year were excellent stuff too.

Eh, personally I found his match against Marufuji at Northern Navigation to be pretty entertaining. Not the match of the night like some people claim (*cough*Nigel vs. Steen 3*cough*), but it was still entertaining.
Surprised though that no one's mentioned his match against James Gibson at Unforgettable. Great send off for Jamey and it was a great way for Roddy to get over. Great match to boot.

The match was great though. Gibson's final weekend produce two great matches that he hasn't even come close to replicating since his WWE return. Had Kobashi not been in town, it would have been the match of the night.
