We all know Ian is a pile of garbage and he deserves to go down in flames, but it would be stupid to act as if the promotion did nothing right.
If it wasn't for IWA:MS, plenty of guys arguably wouldn't be where they are today. Punk, Hero, Sydal, Black, Cabana, Necro, Shelley, Jacobs and Whitmer amongst other all made their name in IWA:MS before going on to ROH (and then onto the WWE in some cases). They have also given a stage to a lot of guys who wouldn't have gotten it elsewhere like the Thomaselli's, Sami Callihan, Trik Davis, Nate Webb, Dingo, Eddie Kingston, Arik Cannon, Chuck Taylor, Tarek The Great and others who are very talented. On top of that, they have had names like 2 Cold Scorpio, Tracy Smothers, Steve Corino and Eddie Guerrero pass through their doors and produce good matches there.
If it wasn't for the fact I was already doing the Danielson Of The Day on top of the WWE 100 project, I would probably toss up some reviews of matches from the promotion.
So, does anyone else have anything favourable to say about the promotion who have been, in my opinion, the #2 Indy promotion for quality this decade? Any matches or fueds in particular worth singing the praises of? Any talent worth hyping?

My knowledge of IWA is limited, apart from seeing random matches from various TPIs and knowing that they've gone incredibly downhill in the last few years.
I've been meaning to see the Punk/Hero TLC for a couple years now, but I'm somewhat put off by it being close to 90 minutes. Have you seen it?

Nice to see someone else acknowledge the good that IWA:MS brought.
The recent Davis/Ego feud produced some good stuff, particularly the I Quit match.
Also, I love the Hero/Davis falls count anywhere match from TPI08. I love me some Trik Davis.
Prince Mustafa Ali has been making a name for himself in ElitePro and IWA:MS, and I really like him. Hopefully some of these guys start popping up in ROH. I wouldn't mind seeing Dingo there. Him, and his awful back tattoo.

I downloaded the Punk/Hero TLC a couple of days ago and will post it soon.
I liked the Davis/Hero fued a lot too. Their 30 minute Ironman match was also quality. Hero had some excellent fueds in IWA:MS, the Cannon fued and the Kingston stuff is also up there.
Dingo is a guy who I think will unfortunately stop appearing on tape now IWA:MS is under. I can't see him going to a bigger promotion.

I just watched the Punk/Hero TLC match. It was decent, but hardly great. It was more like an hour than 90 minutes, and the length meant the spots were paced nicely, and some of the bumps were pretty nuts, but still not great.
I miss the grittiness of the shitty old IWA:MS arena though.
