I'm watching the episode right now and as it turns out, there was a tribute for Misawa after all. A graphic at the start that came up for a few seconds before fading to black.
That was good of them.

Episode was great this week. Incredibly fun stuff with Omega vs King. Both men's best singles match on HDNet so far and was just exciting all the way through. KENTA/Strong was as you'd expect with lots of stiffness for 10 minute+ match. Two of the best HDNet matches so far, but of course, they can't compare to the world title fourway.

KENTA vs Strong was perfectly fine TV wrestling. Uber-stiff, better than Strong/Nakajima because Strong didn't have any limbwork to blow off, fun match. Wouldn't say it was great or anything going out of your way for, but nice to see Roddy throwing more backbreakers around, the one on the apron was especially nasty. Also nice to see someone get beat by one GTS for once.

Strong/KENTA was fun, and those chops looked like they HURT (sounded like it too). MsChif and Whats-her-face was awful and the beginning of the show was really boring, but Omega and King definitely saved it. I love both of their work, especially Omega.

Finished watching last night and Kenta/Roderick was alright, i didn't get into it much actually. I found myself getting into Omega/King alot more. MsChif and that random Shimmer girl, I can't recall her name, didn't have much chemistry, and i'm not a fan of MsChifs finisher tbh, she seemed a bit off-key. I didn't bother watching Flairs promo either, never been a fan of him. But either way, I was pleased to see Jacobs on the Show, AOTF ftw! Tyler needs to take the title off Aries, not yet obv, but then feud with Jacobs because Jacobs has only gone over him once or twice I think, and that match was 30 seconds long, lol.

Jacobs and Tyler's feud has dragged on forever without any real conclusion unless you count this weekend in Chicago....Both Tyler and Jacobs need to do other things because going from one blood feud to another has really sucked the life out of the Age of The Fall if there is any semblance left to it for me. Aries should have a good and long reign with the belt and maybe get Roddy into the lime light and get him that push to really have him featured more in the Main Event scene quite like Claudio was last year.

Yeah, Age Of The Fall seem to be wondering aimlessly at the minute. When they first arrived they had purpose and it seemed exciting and fresh. Now Jacobs looks like a lost leader with nobody of consequence following. It's kinda sad how much potential has been wasted there.
I enjoyed the KENTA/Strong and Omega/King matches, and really enjoyed the Wolves vs. Tyler & Danielson, the finish was bit screwy, but that seem to be Pearce's deal from what I hear.

Jimmy couldn't beat Necro either, and it's a shame because you're right, it's wasted potential. Jacobs has like the best character in wrestling right now, and i thought AOTF was screwed once they ended the feud with Aries, it kinda just fell apart, and they lost everyone. I'm not a huge Brody Lee fan either, I think he's worthless, a trucker gimmick? What is that? He's boring in the ring too. But yeah, i'm still interested to see where they go with Jimmy. They should give him the ROH title or something To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
