A Canadian Legend Makes His Return

It’s been nearly ten months since Lance Storm stood in front of the ROH faithful at “Northern Navigation” on July 25, 2008 where he was disrespected by Sweet & Sour Incorporated, and left Shane Hagadorn laying with a superkick. And it’s been even longer, April 1, 2006 at “Better Than Our Best”, since Storm entered into ROH competition. That night it was an epic, nearly thirty minute classic against Bryan Danielson for the ROH World Title. Storm came up short in his bid to become the champ but without question won over the fans of Ring of Honor
On July 24th and 25th, one year since he last appeared for ROH, Lance Storm will not only come back to ROH, he will return to active competition! At the Ted Reeve Arena in downtown Toronto, Storm will make his ROH in-ring return with matches on both nights! His opponents have yet to be determined but stay tuned to upcoming Newswires for more details on whom Storm will face when he returns to the ring.

It's definitely exciting and I'm glad so far people are actually reacting to this better than Flair and Hart. After last year's events, I'd imagine a match with Hero is possible, even though I'd rather that not happen. A match with Davey would be epic, with perhaps a tag with Lynn going against the Wolves previous night.
I've read in Storm's commentary that he said he'd love to wrestle Lynn again, so that's very possible.

Doesn't matter who he faces it won't be anywhere near as good as the BTOB match vs Dragon. Wouldn't mind seeing a rematch between them... would play nicely into a potential angle of the Crab being Danielson's kryponite. Wouldn't mind a match against Aries I suppose either, though I expect he may be more involved in tags with fellow Canadians.
They have some stacked special guests for this show they really need to go all out with the card for it and make it one of the top shows of the year.
