ROH World Title Match Jerry Lynn (if still champion) defends vs. Colt Cabana
World Tag Team Title Match- 2 Out Of 3 Falls The American Wolves (if still champions) defend vs. Kevin Steen & El Generico
Special Challenge Match Bryan Danielson vs. Jimmy Rave
First Time In ROH Tyler Black vs. Chris Hero
Three Way Match Claudio Castagnoli vs. Roderick Strong vs. Jimmy Jacobs
Tag Team Action Austin Aries & Rhett Titus vs. Alex "Sugarfoot" Payne & Silas Young
Tag Team Action The Dark City Fight Club vs. The Phoenix Twins
Singles Action Egotistico Fantastico vs. “Skullkrusher” Rasche Brown
Atleast they are giving Lynn some fresh matchups. 2/3 Falls match should be good, Dragon/Rave should be good, Hero/Black should be good. Way better card than the night before.

Face champion who isn't exactly the most popular guy right now taking on the charismatic, returning hometown hero who is most likely going to lose? A wise idea?
Card does look great, though. I'm really hoping Hero is starting to come back from the dull last year he had.

In a perfect world, Hero would win both matches this weekend with Strong FINALLY winning the title and setting up a instant feud with each other. Hero could brag about knocking Roderick silly throughout last year and that could be fuel to the fire since Roderick NEVER got his big win back over Hero. Roderick has so many programs he can have with everyone and I would love to see him hook it up with KENTA again without it being dead obvious of who would win. I don't think any matches that Strong would have would be a obvious victor if he won especially if he beat Lynn for it.

It wasn't until he became "That Young Knockout Kid" that I missed old Chris Hero.
I mean, I never was a fan; Not for any reason..I just skipped his matches for so long I convinced myself I didn't like him. Then we people started noting the change. I watched his old stuff over and his new stuff again and realized how good he used to be.
I like the fact he is steadily becoming a fantastic promo guy [as opposed to just a good one] but this whole Knockout thing is wearing thin on me. I long for the days of crazy lucha submissions and innovative chain wrestling from Mr. Hero.

I'd rather Strong stay the way he is now. He's great, but his inability to cut a great promo really stops him from making it to the top. Right now he seems to be getting a push back into the upper-midcard zone, which I like. I agree that he should feud with Hero after the incidents between them last year, some great matches could come out of it. Their match at Battle for Supremacy was the jewel hidden in the turd. By the time that feud is over, hopefully Davey will be champ and there will be a few matches between him and Roderick, with Davey finally being able to beat him properly.

I honestly think Strong deserves it as much as anyone at the moment, he has consistently performed his ass off.
Sure he is no "The Rock" on the mic, but his simple and aggressive spots are well supported by his aggressive in-ring work. I'm not saying he SHOULD win it right now, nor do I think he WILL in the near future, but if it went on "Who DESERVES it" based on performance record, surely he would sit atop the list.
