TNA Victory Road - March 18th, 2012 Discussion

On Sunday, March 18, Direct Auto Insurance presents "Victory Road" live on Pay-Per-View and online around the world at TNAOnDemand.com! The epic event takes place from Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida.

The event will feature Sting, Bobby Roode, "The Charismatic Enigma" Jeff Hardy, Olympic gold medalist Kurt Angle, "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles, "Cowboy" James Storm, the lovely Knockouts, the high-flying X Division superstars and many more!

TNA PPV events air on Time Warner Cable, Comcast, Charter Cable, Cablevision, AT&T U-Verse, Verizon FIOS, DIRECTV, Dish Network, Viewer's Choice and more.

Nothing announced yet for the show but I think its safe to say there's no way it can possibly be as bad as last years. Interesting that they have Kurt Angle listed as appearing, we haven't seen him for a little bit so I wonder who he'll be facing. I'm assuming we'll get some more Styles/Daniels/Kaz stuff and potentially by this point we'll know what exactly Daniels has on Kaz. It's possible that Sting will return to the ring as well given the finish of last night's PPV, but we'll have to wait and see.

I got a feeling we will see Sting v Roode

Maybe have Styles & Storm against Kaz & Daniels

What happened to Abyss is the rivalry with Bully Ray over and I hope we get Aries/Shelley II (put Ions match on impact)

That leaves Angle v Hardy whch could be a corker

Plus theres Anderson, Pope, the tag champs, Crimson, Morgan, Gunner can all have a role or not

I'm fairly positive they'll go with Ion's match either this week or next, there's no way they'd do it at Victory Road. I agree that Aries/Shelley II has to happen and Victory Road is the perfect place for it. In fact, they could do a cheap finish to allow Aries to retain and then do the final blowoff at Lockdown, which would be great. BOOK IT TNA!!

Whens Sabins return date, is it worth taking the belt off Aries as hes unlikely to get a push up the card with the bigger paid stars there and we all know Shelley has The Guns to go back to

Nobody knows for sure when Sabin will be back but I see your point. The thing is, I think Aries is more than capable of moving up the card if its in the right angle. The beginning of that would be to drop the X-Division title and perhaps focus on the TV Title. He's already made the X-Division belt matter more, maybe he can do the same with the TV one. God knows its better than seeing Robbie E defend it once every two months.

Yeah only thing is who can he feud with over it who wouldnt bring him back down to X-Division status, last night it was Moore v Robbie E which looks like a poor x-division match. Theres too many guys floating on the edge of the main event when you think that Roode, Storm, Hardy, Angle, Bully Ray, Styles are above the TV title whilst Gunner, Kaz and Daniels are on the same side of the roster as heels

RVD would be a decent pick if he ever comes back, Anderson v Aries would be interesting and maybe Crimson or Morgan if they split up but I see noone for him to feud with at the moment bar Storm which would be a great feud but could do more damage to Storm than good to Aries

One thing for sure, Austin Aries has a big future ahead and is going places
