No its photo shop. Started with a tut and then just went way off coure lol. Kind of my own.

Meh, Its better, You need some brushs undereat the Motion blurs, Or alittle some more fliters on them but your getting there.

Thanks for the tips so far. Can someone give me a link for some specific good brushes for PS and maybe a tut just on using brushes.
