I don't really like it. The background has some idea in it, but it just looks too messy and random. The colors are neat, but a bit of desaturation would do magic.

Also, the render looks way too pasted, maybe because of the big amount of yellow outer-glow you have there. Doesn't work, needs more blending.

The text needs to be placed elsewhere, possibly to the left, instead of being blended on the render. It usually works better with small texts.

Then the last thing that this piece is lacking of is a border.

I'd give this one a 5-6/10.

It's unique and original, which says a lot. I think the way the text is placed on Randy, it just looks weird. The other images are aligned in a interesting way. Overall, I think you did a good job. The main render fits well.
