its ok but not great, BG is bad and doesnt go with renders, text is meh and pics arent blended in all that well but ure improving and getting better so keep at it.

I don't like it as much as your last few banners. The bg is fugly, try downloading some sparkle grunge brushes from deviant art.
The colour of the text and font you used doesn't really suit.
The only thing I like is the fact that you have blended the renders a bit by feathering, althougha little too much in parts.

And Ryan, for the last time, can you please give some more real ratings with reasons. I know you know things about GFX, so please act like it. Please don't make me request a banning.
