My vote is for PMBR, as his blending is quite good as is his text, although his render is a bit too dark.
Sorry TE, but I am not a fan of the effect you used, and I am not really feeling the overall look of your banner.

My vote goes to John, he has better blending, and a better text scheme and an overall better look of banner, I realy like the BG on Johns and TEs seems to be a bit to dark as does the pic.

PMBR - Pretty good text, nice belnding...Overall seems like a good solid banner.

TE - I quite like the text but after that...Just not feeling it. Just seems too dark and such...

So my vote goes to PMBR...
